Remote Service Agents trains at home order takers for two of the biggest food franchises in Canada.
As an independent contractor it is your job to:
--Provide the computer --Headset --As well as the internet connection (must have wired internet available).
We at Remote Service Agents will provide you with the software as well as free training to excel as a home order taker. Order takers are expected to have an adequate amount of knowledge when it comes to computer use. It is also important that agents are well rehearsed when it comes to verbal communication skills, as we expect that the customers are always treated respECtfully.
